Ambea is a leading Nordic provider of healthcare and care services. The company is growing fast in the Nordic countries through acquisitions. Ambea currently operates through the brands Mehiläinen, Carema Care and Carema Healthcare. Ambea’s main challenge was to create a common vision for Ambea and to create an onboarding programme for new leaders.
Fountain Park implemented web-based onboarding brainstormings for the new Carema Care CEO and Ambea CFO as part of their onboarding programmes, enabling them to get a top 5 action plan in a very short time.
An Ambea-wide brainstorming, involving all employees contributed to creating a common vision for Ambea. Thousands of employees were able to participate from all parts of the company. The results were used in a group-wide workshop to make action plans.
