During the spring of 2006 KONE followed the progress of their strategydialogue in their global organisation by regularly measuring knowledge of the strategy and whether or not this knowledge turned into practice and action. The board and managers responsible for the implementation of the strategy were able to follow the dialogue in real-time and summarize results into their own KONE intranet.

KONE wanted to ensure that discussion on the strategy was held in team meetings and that the strategy was understood in a way that would turn into every day action and practices in an efficient way. We developed a solution that fitted us with Fountain Park with which the measuring was efficient and the results were in the use of the whole global organisation very quickly."
