The Outokumpu organization discussed corporate responsibility issues twice with the Fountain Park virtual brainstorming tool. The assignment was to think about corporate responsibility through every-day examples. In the first round 2000 employees participated and 1000 in the second round.
The understanding of corporate responsibility was increased among the employees and management got unfiltered information on the thoughts of the employees. A summary was also made of the real-time results to management. Also, the results were available for the entire personnel to see via our own intranet. The results will also be used in corporate responsibility workshops."
