Fountain Park started it's cooperation with Aalto University before it was even founded when the communitites of the merging universities were invited to discuss the possibilities brought on by the merger in November 2007.

After the founding of Aalto University the change management team again invited the whole organisation to take part in drafting the mission and vision statements of the new university. A value discussion was also carried out in the same virtual brainstorming interview.

Fountain Park has also done projects with the university to do with measuring how well the established criteria have been reached, a campus discussion and mapping the attraction factors of the university.
