Aalto University
Fountain Park started it's cooperation with Aalto University before it was even founded when the communitites of the merging universities were invited to discuss the possibilities brought on by the merger.

After the founding of Aalto University the change management team again invited the whole organisation to take part in drafting the mission and vision statements of the new university. A value discussion was also carried out in the same virtual brainstorming.

Fountain Park has also done projects with the university to do with measuring how well the established criteria have been reached, a campus discussion and mapping the attraction factors of the university.

Parliament of Finland
After his appointment as Chief Administrative Officer of the Parliament of Finland, Pertti Rauhio decided to challenge the employees of the parliament to discuss the values and give feedback to further improve the day-to-day work there.
This cocreation project enabled the whole organisation to define their mutual values, create new ideas of improvement  and value the opinions of others in a very short time period.

The aim was also to make the new CAO known within the organisation, implement the valueprocess and produce new ideas to improve processes in the Parliament of Finland.
We were able to reach most of the employees with this method. Both my start as well as our valueprocess was commented on, and most of the feedback I would hear in the halls was positive. The answers were also anonymous. Value discussion are always a bit difficult which is why it as important to support them with a method like this one. " Pertti Rauhio, Chief Administrative Officer

Ministry of Education and Culture
The mission of the life-long learning taskforce was to draft a strategy for the steering of life-long learning which would define how to develop the information, guidance and councelling services on all stages and forms of education from the perspective of making learning a life-long goal.

As a part of this process the task-force challenged all it's stakeholders to an open cocreation and brainstorming discussion in order to make these operations as impacting and influencing as possible.
Our cooperation with Fountain Park was very flexible from the start despite of a very tight schedule. Their virtual brainstorming method as a solution is very freah and fun - in no way a conventional solution! We got a very fast and comprehensive picture of the general opinion concerning these issues. Government officials should definitely use more modern technology in their stakeholder contacts." Ulla Jill-Karlsson, Ministry of Education and Culture
CIMO- organisation for international mobility and cooperation
One of the main reasons why our strategywork has succeeded is that we implemented it in cooperation with our most important partners. Using this virtual brainstorming method at the beginning of the process and then in finishing the strategy process gave thousands of our partners the possibility to discuss the key questions related to our future success and to help us find our way. Without this tool we would have had to rely on traditional meetings and would probably only be on the way to where we are now." Pasi Sahlberg, director
