Engaging the whole organization to this dialogue was done in three phases, first with the leadership team, then with Outokumpu managers and finally all employees were invited to participate in the dialogue. The concept stayed the same through all phases as Fountain Park´s Online Value Dialogue offered the opportunity to widen the anonymous discussion across the whole company.
The dialogue delivered a solid foundation to continue defining company values and working culture.
