Strategic development of education

The Finnish education system is regarded as one of the best in the world. One of the main reasons for its success is the development of competences and lifelong learning. The increasing demands of society and working life place new demands on the education system and training, therefore teaching must stay one step ahead.

We provide an inclusive development service to assist with the strategic development of educational institutions. Our service enables the participation and co-creation of vast groups among various topics in a new and invigorating way.

The results offer prioritized information about the stakeholders’ thoughts and expectations and propose concrete actions to support the development work and communications. Participation itself increases the sense of community and makes the education institution’s development work visible and meaningful to everyone.

Our service is suitable for discussion between interest groups in universities, universities of applied sciences, vocational institutes and municipal education departments.

We support educational institutes in e.g

  • Developing strategy, vision and values
  • Change initiatives, RDI projects
  • Curricula planning and identifying the factors of good learning
  • Mapping reputation factors and strengths
  • Supporting merger processes

We have over 18 years of experience in strategic work for educational institutions. We have helped universities, higher education institutions, vocational institutions and municipal education departments find their strengths and future visions through crowdsourcing.

The National Board of Education and the Ministry of Education and Culture are the long-term markets of Fountain Park. Among other things, we have clarified the views of young people on cultural diversity for the National Board of Education. In this project, we received over 17,000 participants for joint reflection. For the Ministry of Education and Culture, we have implemented field involvement in the Teacher Training Forum, the Higher Education and Research Vision 2030, the High School Reform and the Sports Policy Report.
