ECHA is reviewing its ways of working for the future. ECHA directors wanted to engage all staff in a dialogue on the key topics and drivers for change. Fountain Park facilitated the process with an ECHA wide Online Dialogue that introduced the main topics to all employees, allowed them to anonymously comment and read each others´ comments on the key organisational drivers and way of working.
As a result ECHA Management Group got validation from the staff for the high priority issues on its agenda and staff input for navigating further.
